Market Condition and Direction

Market Condition

All short term traders need to understand and use Market Condition Analysis for optimal entries and exits, and to avoid whipsaws and trend reversals.

Market Condition Analysis by TechniTrader® was developed over many years of research and testing in the live marketplace.  While most traders use either futures, TechniTrader® Stock Market Trading Educationindexes, or a market indicator such as a breadth indicator, it becomes obvious that these popular methods for determining the direction of the market for the next trading day fail to provide all of the information necessary for consistent trading results.

Market Condition Analysis is very similar to how meteorologists forecast weather for the next day and or next few days.  Nowadays, most local weather forecasts are fairly accurate even in areas of the country that are difficult to forecast.  Traders need to be able to forecast the “weather conditions” of the market and have an accurate measuring device for tracking important changes in the market conditions from day to day.

By learning how to read the market condition for the next trading day, or next week, you as a trader will be able to avoid weak market days, whipsaws, and reversal days.  You will be better prepared for sudden rallies and momentum moves which can yield high profits in a few days.

Market Condition Analysis is an exclusive analysis training class available only through TechniTrader®.

Market Direction

Market Direction Analysis is a part of the Market Condition Analysis training exclusively available from TechniTrader®.  Market Direction Analysis gives you the direction of the primary (long term trend) for long term investing and the dominant side of the market for short term trading.  It gives you the direction of the intermediate term trend or intermediate term correction phase direction, for intermediate to short term trading.  And it gives you the bias of the market for the short term trade.

Market Direction Analysis is critical for all styles of trading and investing so that you know what direction the market is trending for any given trend period and the likelihood of a reversal of that trend in the near future.

TechniTrader® students learn how to analyze market direction and condition to lower risk and increase profit potential.
